Refunds and Returns

Before you initiate a return, if there’s any way that we can make your experience better, we’d love to communicate with you here.

However, if you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us to replace, exchange or return your products.

Exchanges or Replacements

If, by our error, we ship the wrong item(s), or you receive defective or damaged item(s), we will be happy to exchange or replace these items.

  • Contact us immediately to request an exchange or replacement.
  • Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to you after you fill out our RMA form.
  • Replacements/Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of the original item(s).

Returns

Important Considerations:

  • Fresh flowers, perishable goods, and used items are exempt from being returned.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for shipping returned items at your cost, OR items can be returned on-site during open shop hours.

To be eligible for a return with refund:

  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping is at your cost, unless you received items damaged.
  • Shipping insurance is at your discretion.

Refunds

  • Once the item is received in good condition, and approved, refunds will be processed.
  • Credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
